Can we export our data if we leave?

Yes. You can export all your data — students, fees, results, staff, attendance — as CSV files at any time from the admin portal. There is no lock-in, no exit fee, and no data hostage situation. Your data is yours.

Do you support CBSE and ICSE both?

Yes. Klasso supports CBSE, ICSE, and state board grading systems. The exam module is configurable to handle different grading scales, term structures, and report card formats.

Is the parent app free for parents?

Yes. The parent app is completely free for parents. The school pays the subscription, parents simply download the app and log in. No in-app purchases, no ads, no premium tiers for parents.

What happens after the pilot year?

After the pilot year, you continue on the plan you selected at standard pricing. There is no surprise price increase. Pilot schools also receive a loyalty discount for the first two years post-pilot.

Razorpay is the default payment gateway and is deeply integrated for UPI, card, and net banking payments. If your school has a specific gateway requirement, we can discuss custom integrations on Enterprise and Custom plans.
